Managing Worry Workshop In-Person

Worrying is a normal process which everyone does to some extent but for some people it can become a problem in itself.

This workshop is designed for people who feel they worry too much and this interferes with their ability to do the everyday
things they want to do. The workshop is based on a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) approach where we identify and help change unhelpful thoughts and behaviours that keep the worrying going, and is run by Greenwich Time To Talk.
