Wellbeing Essentials for Students In-Person
As part of the Mentally Healthy Universities project, Mind are delighted to offer all students the chance to take part in some FREE wellbeing workshops:
Wellbeing Essentials for Students
We know that lockdown can take its toll on our mental health and wellbeing. These sessions have been designed by Mind, alongside students. Wellbeing Essentials for Students is an online, interactive group workshop that takes 2 hours. You will have access to further online wellbeing resources after the session that you can look at whenever you like, for as long you like. The workshop will explore what mental health is, managing stress, how to work with the ‘five ways to wellbeing’ to support ourselves, where to find support from within and outside university, and how to have conversations about mental health. These sessions are available to all students.
Ready to sign up? All you need to do is click here. Places are limited so book now to avoid disappointment. Also feel free to share this information with your friends and join the workshop together!
