Greenwich - Statistics for your Dissertation In-Person
All GREFest events at the Greenwich campus take place in the Stephen Lawrence building, in SL101.
At Masters level of study you may be expected to include statistics in your dissertation.
If you are considering how to go about doing this, then this workshop is for you.
Mathematics tutor Dick Quibell explains the principles behind hypothesis testing and why this is vital for using statistics in your research.
The session will include a demo on how to use SPSS software as well as a Q&A for any specific questions you might have.
To interact with chat in the session, please join the GREFest team, and access the session in the Main Stage channel.
We request students viewing the session via their own devices in the room please keep their mics and sound off to avoid feedback, and their cameras off to preserve bandwidth.
