We recommend you always check our opening hours before travelling to the library.
Bookable library spaces are available to current University of Greenwich students only. Booking slots open 14 days in advance and must be requested at least one hour before the start time. To ensure fair access, you can book up to two hours per week.
Students with a Greenwich Inclusion Plan (GIP) are eligible to book an additional two hours per week. Please email library@gre.ac.uk
Before you arrive, please familiarise yourself with our General Library Guide.
Please note:
- You may only use the study space assigned to you. All confirmed bookings are prioritised.
- Bookings cannot be made on behalf of another person.
- If a room is not claimed within 15 minutes, it will be released for use by other students.
- Bookings that are not used will be recorded as a no-show. Repeated non-attendance may affect your booking privileges.
- If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking before it starts to free the space for others.
- Please leave the space promptly and tidy at the end of your booking.
If you arrive on time and your booked room is in use, or if you feel uncomfortable asking others to leave, please contact a member of library staff or text the noise-reporting phone on 07386 678169 where available.
