Space Availability - Stockwell Street Library

We recommend you always check our opening hours before travelling to the library.

Bookable library spaces are available to current University of Greenwich students only. Booking slots open 14 days in advance and must be requested at least one hour before the start time. To ensure fair access, you can book up to two hours per week.

Students with a Greenwich Inclusion Plan (GIP) are eligible to book an additional two hours per week. Please email library@gre.ac.uk

Before you arrive, please familiarise yourself with our General Library Guide.

Please note:

  • Users may only occupy the study space they have booked. Priority is given to verified bookings.
  • Bookings cannot be made on behalf of another person/s.
  • If a room is not claimed within 15 minutes, it will be made available for use by other students.
  • Please cancel your booking in advance if you cannot attend, this will protect your booking entitlement
  • Bookings that are not used will be recorded as a no-show. Repeated non-attendance may affect your booking privileges.
  • At the end of your session, please leave the space promptly and in a clean, tidy condition.

If you arrive on time and your booked room is in use, or if you feel uncomfortable asking others to leave, please contact a member of library staff or text the noise-reporting phone on 07386 678169 where available.

For accessibility support, please speak to staff.
